The Birch & Brew began with a single espresso machine, a rented railway arch and a stubborn belief that London deserved better mornings. Founders Ellie and Tom traded city careers for calloused hands, early starts and the daily ritual of making something worth coming back for.

Five years on, we're still roasting our own beans, baking our own bread and pouring every cup like it's the first one.
